We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

• Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at info@extremeimprint.com to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Condition of Returns: All returns must be in brand new condition, in the original packaging without damage. Please make sure the RA number is clearly visible on the package and include a note explaining your reason for return or exchange.
• Reporting Issues: Claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
• Unauthorized Returns: Returns made without an RA number will not be accepted. Refused shipments or returns without prior authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping Costs: Outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied to your order, that cost will be deducted from your refund.
